The electric paw cleaner makes washing your dog's or cat's paws after every walk a breeze. Inside the container, a 360° rotating brush rotates, enveloping the paw from all sides and removing mud, dust, and dirt lodged between the pads. Power is provided by a rechargeable battery hidden in the base, so the cleaner does not require any cables while washing and can be kept ready right by the door. The process is simple and can be completed in four steps. Pour water into the container, optionally adding a little pet shampoo. Insert your pet's paw into the opening and hold it vertically, then press the button and the brush will start cleaning the paw. After washing, remove the paw and gently dry it with a towel. Pour out the water, remove the brushes, rinse them, and allow the cleaner to dry before the next use. Keep the base with the motor dry and never submerge it in water.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
