The device is equipped with dual lenses – the front camera captures the road ahead of the vehicle while the second camera records the interior of the car. WiFi Connection and Mobile App:
1. Scan the QR code from the manual or the camera display and download the Viidure or Framefox app.
2. The Viidure app offers extended features (some may be paid), while the Framefox app is free but with limited functions.
3. After turning on the camera, stop the recording and press the “M” button to enter the menu.
4. In the menu, enable WiFi – the name of the WiFi network and password will be displayed.
5. Connect your mobile phone to the camera's WiFi network.
6. Your phone may alert you that the WiFi is not connected to the internet – select “Stay connected”.
7. Open the app and view live footage, download or share videos.
Important Information about WiFi:
WiFi is only used to connect the camera to the phone, it does not connect to the internet.
The range of the WiFi signal is approximately 20 metres.
Connection at greater distances is not possible.
Basic Installation in the Vehicle:
1. Attach the camera to the windscreen using the mount.
2. Plug the power cable into the vehicle's cigarette lighter.
3. Upon starting the engine, the camera will automatically turn on and start recording.
4. When the engine is turned off, the camera will automatically turn off.
Hardwire Installation Using a Hardwire Kit (ACC Connection):
Connect the red cable (ACC) to the ACC contact in the vehicle's fuse box.
Connect the yellow cable to a constant power source (permanent positive terminal).
Connect the black cable (GND) to the vehicle's chassis.
This method allows for parking mode and time-lapse recording.
If you do not have experience with electrical installations, professional installation is recommended.
Parking Mode and Battery Protection:
The camera supports parking monitoring and time-lapse video.
The built-in low voltage protection prevents the car battery from being drained.
When the voltage drops, the camera will automatically turn off.
Power Supply and Battery:
The built-in battery is only used to save files when the power is off.
The camera is not designed to operate without being connected to the vehicle's power supply.
Note:
The Micro SD memory card is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
A Class 10 card with a maximum capacity of 64 GB is recommended.
