The cross milling table is used for precise positioning of the workpiece during drilling and milling on a bench drill, table drill or small milling machine. The working surface measuring 18.5 x 10.2 cm moves in two axes using hand cranks, allowing you to shift the workpiece to the desired position without having to re-clamp it. The cranks are equipped with a scale with a division of 0.01 mm (0.0004 inches), which allows for precise and repeatable positioning. The working surface has three T-slots for clamping the workpiece, vice or additional accessories. The cast iron base provides stability to the table and reduces vibrations during machining.

The table moves in both axes by turning the cranks located on the front and side. The position of the table is secured by a total of six screws, three for forward and backward movement and three for left and right movement. After setting the position, tighten the screws and the table will remain firmly in place during machining. This allows you to drill a series of holes in precise spacings on one workpiece or mill a groove to the required length. The table can support a workpiece weighing up to 30 kg.

The flat underside of the base allows the table to be placed on the workbench of a bench drill or milling machine. The low working height of 102 mm leaves more space between the table and the spindle of the machine. The cross table is useful in workshops, for DIY projects, in modelling and in small production where there is a need to machine smaller and medium-sized workpieces.

Before first use, check the tightening of all screws and the movement of the table in both axes. Keep the guide surfaces and spindle clean and regularly lightly lubricate them to ensure smooth movement of the table. After work, remove chips and material residues from the T-slots.
