Overview
Complete Kung Fu Tea Set 27 Pieces with Wooden Tray, Teapot and Cups, Yixing Ceramic and Solid Wood for Tea Culture

The Yixing Kung Fu set combines tableware and auxiliary tools for the traditional Chinese tea ceremony on one tray. The tableware is made of Yixing ceramic in a dark shade with a matte finish, which does not appear shiny and withstands repeated contact with hot water well. The tray is made of solid wood and features a gridded top surface, under which water from rinsing the tableware and warming the cups is drained. The set includes a teapot, a small pot for blending tea, tea cups, a strainer, a sealed canister for loose tea, a stand with bamboo tools, and a tea figurine. Thus, the set covers the entire process of preparing loose tea without the need to purchase additional equipment.

  • Solid wood tray — the gridded surface allows water to flow into the space below, so tableware and cups can be warmed with boiling water directly on the tray. The corners are reinforced with metal fittings.
  • Ceramic teapot — used for steeping loose tea, the low centre of gravity and wide handle make pouring easier.
  • Small pot for blending tea — the finished infusion is poured into it to ensure each cup has the same strength. The spout with a sharp edge limits dripping.
  • Tea cups — small cups suitable for serving in smaller doses during the ceremony, arranged in a row on the tray.
  • Canister for loose tea — a sealed container with a lid for storing tea right with the set.
  • Stand with bamboo tools — a set of tools for scooping loose tea, handling hot cups, and cleaning the teapot strainer, stored in a vertical ceramic stand.
  • Bamboo mat — a separate base on which to place a cup outside of the tray.
  • Tea figurine — a ceramic figurine that is doused with leftover tea during the ceremony and gradually changes the shade of its surface.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x solid wood tray
  • 1x ceramic teapot
  • 1x small pot for blending tea
  • 6x tea cups
  • 1x tea strainer
  • 1x canister for loose tea
  • 1x tool stand
  • 1x set of bamboo tools
  • 1x bamboo mat
  • 1x tea figurine

The set is suitable for everyday tea preparation as well as for gatherings where multiple infusions are served consecutively. Yixing ceramic combined with solid wood gives the set a higher weight, ensuring that the tableware and tray remain stable when working with boiling water. The canister for loose tea and the stand with tools keep all the equipment together, so there is no need to search for individual pieces around the kitchen. The grid on the tray captures water from warming the tableware, which is a common part of the Kung Fu method. The complete set is also suitable as a gift for those interested in tea culture.
