Baking paper for air fryers measuring 23 x 23 cm is designed for larger baskets where you prepare more food at once. The package contains 50 pre-cut square sheets with rounded corners. Each sheet is perforated, allowing hot air to flow freely to the food, ensuring even cooking. The double-sided food-grade silicone coating provides a non-stick surface that resists both water and grease. The paper can withstand temperatures up to 230 °C, making it suitable for higher baking temperatures.
The paper weight is 45 g/m², meaning the sheets are sturdy and maintain their shape even under juicy meats or marinated vegetables. The paper is made from wood pulp and has a natural brown colour. In addition to square baskets, it is also suitable for oval and round fryer baskets, provided they match the size of the sheet. It can also be used outside the fryer, for example, on a tray in the oven, on a rack when baking cookies, or in a steamer when preparing dumplings. Grease and crumbs will remain on the paper, and after cooking, you can dispose of it along with the waste. The larger size of the sheet is primarily intended for more spacious baskets, so please check the size of your fryer basket before use.

Before placing the paper in the fryer, lay the food on it. Never leave an empty sheet in the basket during preheating, as the circulating air could lift it up to the heating element. The food should cover about two-thirds of the surface of the paper, and the edges of the sheet must not touch the heating coil. The sheets are disposable; after use, simply allow them to cool and dispose of them. Store the remaining sheets in a dry place away from heat sources to prevent warping.
