Installation can be done in a moment. Thread the thin loop through the attachment on the camera, then pass the entire loop of the strap through it and tighten the cord. Place your hand into the loop and move the stop so that the wrist strap fits comfortably and does not slip off your hand. When the strap is not needed, loosen the stop and simply pull the loop off. It is advisable to check before each use that the loop is correctly threaded and that the cord is not damaged. If it gets dirty, simply wipe the strap with a damp cloth and let it air dry.

How do I return goods?

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
