This wooden rolling pin with a rich Christmas pattern will help you bake cookies that look like they are from a confectionery. Before use, roll out the dough with a smooth rolling pin to an even thickness and let it cool briefly in the refrigerator. Then guide the patterned roller in one smooth motion with even pressure along its entire length. If the dough is sticking, dust it with a little flour or starch. Cut out the shapes only after imprinting the pattern. After baking, clean the roller with a brush, rinse briefly in lukewarm water, and let it air dry. A dishwasher or prolonged soaking is not suitable for wood. You can best clean the fine grooves of the pattern with a soft toothbrush, and occasionally treat the wood with a drop of edible oil. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain its shape.
