Store the mandrel in a dry place and away from direct heat sources to maintain the shape of the wood. After use, simply wipe it with a dry cloth to remove dust and residue from polishing paste. If the ring catches when sliding it on, do not force it and instead leave it slightly higher on the mandrel. When straightening, use lighter taps and regularly check how the shape of the band is changing.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
