It is advisable to regularly change the water in the fountain and occasionally wash the bowl and reservoir. Continuously check the filter insert with the sponge and replace it with a new one when worn out. Recharge the pump unit's battery as needed and place the fountain on a level surface.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
