The wired earphones with an ear clip and USB-C connector are a practical choice for owners of phones and tablets that no longer have a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. The earphones clip onto the outer ear and leave the ear canal open, allowing you to remain aware of traffic, announcements, and your colleague's voice while listening. When putting them on, slightly expand the clip, slide it onto the edge of the ear, and orient the speaker towards the ear canal. There is no need to select ear tip sizes or clean them regularly. You can wear the earphones while walking, running, exercising in the gym, or during long hours at the computer or home office. After your workout, wipe the earphones and cable with a dry or slightly damp cloth and allow them to dry. When storing, loosely coil the cable and avoid sharp bends at the connector or controller. The earphones are not intended for swimming or immersion in water.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
