Wash the socks by hand in water at a temperature of up to 40 °C and dry them freely, not on a radiator. Protect them from sharp objects and before putting them on, trim your nails to avoid straining the knit unnecessarily. When putting on the socks, first gather them down to the toes and then pull them evenly up over the heel.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
