The kebidumei vertical wireless mouse is designed for those who spend a lot of time at the computer and want to relieve their wrist. The body of the mouse is shaped so that the hand rests on the side in a natural position similar to a handshake, preventing the forearm from unnecessarily twisting while working. You can connect it to your computer or laptop in two ways, via Bluetooth or through a USB receiver. The optical sensor works with a resolution of up to 1600 DPI, allowing the cursor to move smoothly and accurately across the screen. The wireless transmission in the 2.4 GHz band is ensured by a small receiver that simply plugs into a USB port. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
