The set includes a twisted cable for the phone headset and a rotating unwinder that prevents it from twisting. Both parts have RJ9 4P4C connectors, which are used by standard landline phones and many office VoIP devices. The spiral cable, measuring 1.85 m, connects the headset to the phone base and stretches as needed during calls. The unwinder is inserted between the headset and the cable, and its casing rotates freely. This set replaces a worn-out cord while solving the problem of constant tangling.
The cable features a flexible PVC sheath and four colour-coded copper wires with a cross-section of 28AWG. The connectors have transparent casings and gold-plated contacts for a reliable connection. The unwinder is 7 cm long, with a plug on one end and an RJ9 socket on the other, and its rotating part spins 360°, thus accommodating the twisting of the headset during each hang-up. No tools are required for installation. Simply pull the original cord out of the headset and the phone base by pressing the plastic latch. Insert the plug of the unwinder into the headset, click one end of the new cable into its socket, and connect the other end to the base. Before purchasing, it is advisable to check that the phone uses a smaller four-pin RJ9 connector for the headset, not the wider RJ11 for the phone line. Both the cable and unwinder can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
