The TINYAT T201 waist bag is a simple and lightweight bag for everyday use. With a length of approximately 31 cm and a height of 12 cm, it offers ample space for a mobile phone, wallet, keys, documents, or small cosmetic items. The rounded banana shape fits snugly against the body and does not obstruct movement while walking. You can wear the bag around your waist, on your side, or diagonally across your chest and shoulder. The strap is adjusted with a sliding buckle, allowing you to easily customise it to fit around your waist or for wearing across your chest. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
