This bottle bag combines a thermo mug holder and a small shoulder bag in one practical accessory. It is designed for the Stanley 40 oz mug, which slides into a separate round compartment, leaving the handle outside so you can pull it out and drink at any time. Next to the mug is the main compartment with dividers for a phone, wallet, keys, headphones, or cosmetics. The bag is made from faux leather (PU), which looks elegant and is easy to maintain. The shape of the bag is square and sturdy, so it retains its form even when the mug is not inside. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
