Place the form in the basket and immediately put the food on top to prevent the circulating hot air from lifting it towards the heating element of the fryer. Do not turn on the fryer with an empty paper form, and do not bring the form close to an open flame. Allow the used form to cool down before disposing of it; usually, the basket only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
