Place the form in the basket and immediately place the food on top of it, so that the circulating hot air does not lift it towards the heating element of the fryer. Do not turn on the fryer with an empty paper form, and do not bring the form close to an open flame. Allow the used form to cool down before discarding it; usually, the basket only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
