The square lens hood is designed for lenses with a filter thread of 46 mm and gives the camera an elegant appearance reminiscent of classic models. The square shape of the hood limits side light that creates glare, veiling, and reduces the contrast of the photograph on the front lens. The body of the hood is made of aluminium alloy, making it sturdy and durable. The hood screws onto the lens using the included adapter ring. It is suitable for lenses of Fujifilm, Leica, Panasonic, Canon, Nikon, and Sony cameras.
The hood has its own 52 mm thread, so the package includes a 46-52 mm adapter ring. The ring is first screwed onto the lens with a 46 mm thread, and then the hood is screwed onto it. The included square rubber cap is placed on the front edge of the hood, protecting the front lens from dust, fingerprints, and scratches during transport. The hood, ring, and cap are black, making them unobtrusive on the camera. Additionally, the hood protects the front of the lens from accidental impacts.
You will appreciate the hood when shooting outdoors in bright sunlight, photographing against the light, or during travel and street photography when light hits the lens from various directions. Before ordering, please verify the diameter of your lens thread. This information is usually marked on the front of the lens or on the inner side of the original cap with the symbol Ø, for example, Ø46. The rubber cap measures approximately 7 x 6 cm and can remain attached directly to the hood when transporting the camera. With a height of approximately 2 cm, the setup remains compact and fits into a bag.
The square hood for 46 mm threaded lenses combines glare protection with a retro camera appearance. The aluminium alloy ensures a robust construction that protects the front lens from side light and minor impacts. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
