The soft shackle is a textile connector for towing and vehicle recovery, used with winches and tow ropes. It is made from 12 strand UHMWPE rope, which is strong yet significantly lighter than a metal hook. The ends of the rope are joined with a hand knot, which prevents loosening and slipping. The soft shackle serves as a connecting link between the winch rope and the towing eye, strap, or pulley, and due to the rope's elasticity, it absorbs part of the shocks during towing. The shackle replaces heavy steel hooks without sacrificing strength and does not damage paint or other parts.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
