The silicone lens hood makes it easier to photograph through windows, showcases, and glass walls for all DSLR owners. The flexible cone fits onto lenses with an outer diameter of 73 to 88 mm and the wide edge rests against the glass. This hood blocks surrounding light, preventing reflections from lamps, interiors, or the photographer's figure in the photos. The body of the hood is made from flexible silicone, which tightly wraps around the lens and makes contact with the glass with a soft edge. The larger of the two available sizes is primarily intended for digital SLR lenses.

Thanks to the concentric folds, the hood functions like an accordion. After finishing shooting, you can compress it into a low flat shape, making it easy to fit into a camera bag or backpack alongside your camera. In its expanded state, it measures 7.5 cm in height and its front edge has a diameter of approximately 21 cm, providing ample surface area for pressing against the glass. The hood can also be fitted in reverse, surrounding the lens like a protective collar. Attaching and removing the hood can be done in a matter of seconds, allowing you to quickly transfer it between lenses of similar diameters as needed.
