Before first use, wash the tray with warm water and a little detergent and let it dry. When filling, pour water so that it does not overflow the edges of the individual cavities, and place the tray in the freezer on a flat surface. After freezing, gently bend the tray or push the cubes out with your fingers from the bottom. Silicone is flexible, so the tray returns to its original shape after removing the ice and is ready for refilling. You can transfer the ice cubes to a bag or container after removal and refill the tray immediately, ensuring you always have a supply of ice ready in the freezer for the coming days.

How do I return goods?
