Silicone gel heel insoles are designed for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet and wants to reduce pressure on the heel with every step. The insole has a bowl shape in the form of a U, which wraps around the back of the foot and helps keep the heel in place. It is made from silicone gel, which is soft and flexible, conforms to the shape of the heel, and absorbs shocks upon impact. The transparent base is complemented by a blue softer zone directly under the centre of the heel, where the load during walking and standing is greatest. The insoles are easily placed in shoes, take up little space, and are suitable for both ladies and men.
The heel pads are suitable for regular closed footwear, such as trainers, walking shoes, work shoes, ballet flats, or high heels. They are only placed under the heel, so the front part of the shoe remains free and the toes still have the same space as before. The underside is made of self-adhesive gel, which keeps the insole in place on the shoe's insole and limits its movement while walking. The gel surface is smooth and pleasant to the touch, so the insoles can be worn with socks, tights, or barefoot. Thanks to the transparent design, they are discreet in the shoe and do not alter the appearance of the footwear even from above.

Simply insert the insole into the shoe so that the bowl rests against the back wall of the shoe and the heel naturally fits into it when worn. Size S is intended for smaller footwear, most commonly ladies' shoes, and size L for larger footwear, most commonly men's shoes. When choosing, follow the shoe size for which you want to use the insoles. Because the insoles only support the back part of the foot, they are also suitable for footwear where a full insole would be too bulky or press on the foot.
Gel heel insoles are a practical accessory for everyday wear, longer walks, standing work, and long days spent travelling. The soft gel under the heel cushions every step, and the transparent design remains almost invisible in the footwear. The package contains 1 pair of insoles, meaning one insole for each shoe. You can choose a size for footwear EU 35–39 or EU 40–45 depending on who the insoles are intended for. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
