The set of three cat teasers includes two different types of toys that make playtime with your pet more varied. Two of the teasers consist of black plastic wands measuring 40 cm with a twisted textile rope that is 60 cm long – one rope is blue with orange and white, the other is green. The third teaser features a transparent sparkly wand with black ends and a bundle of thin ribbons in light blue and purple shades. Your cat can chase the rope along the floor and catch the fluttering ribbons in the air. This set is suitable for both kittens and adult cats that need plenty of exercise.
The wands with rope are lightweight and flexible; when swung, they bend and the rope sways in quick and unexpected movements. At the top end of each wand is a small metal bell that jingles softly while moving, capturing the cat's attention. The twisted rope with a knotted end allows the cat to dig its claws and teeth in, practising its hunting behaviour. The teaser with the bunch of ribbons creates a long wavy curve when waved, shimmering and enticing the cat to jump. All teasers should be used under supervision and stored out of reach of the cat after play, to prevent the ropes or ribbons from being chewed without your oversight. You can wipe the ropes with a damp cloth as needed and allow them to air dry. Before storing, straighten the ribbons to avoid tangling.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
