Place the play tower on a flat surface in a location where the cat can easily find it and where it will have a good time playing. After playtime, store the teaser out of the cat's reach to prevent it from playing with the string unsupervised. It is advisable to regularly check the toys and discard any worn pieces, especially small parts such as feathers. The tower and plastic balls can be wiped clean with a damp cloth as needed.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
