Self-adhesive insoles for shoes are a small and practical aid for anyone whose shoes slip, press, or chafe. One insole measures 7.5 x 6.2 cm and fits under the tongue of trainers, on the inner side of the heel, and in the forefoot area of the shoe under the balls of the feet. Inside, there is a soft foam layer with a thickness of 0.6 cm, which fills the loose space in the shoe and alleviates pressure with every step. The insoles are lightweight and hardly interfere with the footwear. The package contains one pair, that is, two identical insoles for the left and right shoe.
The top side of the insoles is covered with a fine fabric with a suede surface, which is pleasant to the touch and does not irritate the skin even during prolonged walking. The bottom side is equipped with a double-sided adhesive layer on a textile base, so the insole stays in place once applied and does not shift. The shape with slightly curved edges conforms to the heel, instep, and forefoot. According to the seller, the insole can be trimmed with scissors if necessary to fit better in smaller or narrower shoes.

Before applying, clean the inside of the shoe from dust and allow it to dry thoroughly so that the adhesive layer adheres better. Remove the protective film from the bottom just before use, place the insole on the chosen spot, and press it firmly. Under the tongue of trainers, it helps to tighten loose shoes so that the foot does not slide forward. On the inner side of the heel, it protects the skin from chafing and blisters while also preventing the heel from slipping out of the shoe. In the forefoot area of sandals or high-heeled shoes, it cushions pressure under the balls of the feet. If you need to reposition the insole, peel it off slowly to avoid damaging the adhesive layer.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
