A set of three replacement filter cartridges is designed for handheld shower heads with an oval head that has the filter concealed in the handle. Each cartridge contains active carbon fibre ACF, which captures chlorine, heavy metals, and microorganisms from the water flowing into the shower. Water passes through four filtration layers and gradually removes impurities before it reaches the skin and hair. With three cartridges, you have a supply for a longer period and do not have to worry about purchasing with every replacement. The cartridges are white and have a cylindrical shape with solid ends on both sides.
Each layer of the cartridge has its specific function. The outer frame made of PP cotton captures fine particles, and the double non-woven fabric made of PET and PE retains sediments, rust, eggs, and larger impurities. In the middle is a layer of active carbon fibre that binds chlorine and other dissolved substances. The shape is maintained by a supporting core made of PP with a microporous structure, which ensures precise filtration and prevents the cartridge from collapsing under water pressure. Coarser impurities are thus captured on the surface of the cartridge, allowing only water with fine impurities to reach the centre.

The replacement can be done without tools in a matter of moments. Unscrew the bottom part of the shower head handle, remove the used cartridge, and insert a new one. Then screw the handle back on, connect the shower hose, and the shower is ready for use. Over time, the cartridge changes colour from white to beige to brown as it retains impurities from the water. Darkening serves as a simple guide for when it is appropriate to reach for another cartridge from the set. In areas with hard water or higher rust content in the pipes, it may be advisable to change the cartridges more frequently.
A pack of three cartridges with active carbon fibre will last approximately six months of regular showering when replaced as recommended. The filtration shower will thus remain in good condition throughout and the water cleaner. The set is suitable for bathrooms in flats, houses, or cottages, where the tap water is harder or contains more chlorine and sediments. The recommended replacement interval is every 2 months, or sooner depending on water quality. You will always have a supply of cartridges on hand and can perform the replacement as soon as the cartridge darkens.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
