The replacement filter cartridge is designed for handheld shower heads with an oval head that has a filter hidden in the handle. The core of the cartridge is active carbon fibre ACF, which captures chlorine, heavy metals and microorganisms from the water flowing into the shower. The cartridge operates in four filtration layers, allowing the water to pass through several stages of purification before reaching the skin and hair. By replacing the worn cartridge with a new one, you restore the filtration capability of the shower head. The cartridge is white and has a cylindrical shape with solid ends on both sides.
Each layer has its purpose. The outer structure made of PP cotton captures fine particles, and the double non-woven fabric made of PET and PE retains sediments, rust, eggs and larger impurities. In the centre is a layer of active carbon fibre, which binds chlorine and other dissolved substances. The entire cartridge is held in shape by a supporting core made of PP with a microporous structure, ensuring precise filtration and preventing the cartridge from collapsing under water pressure. Coarser impurities are thus captured on the surface of the cartridge, allowing only water with fine impurities to reach the centre.

The replacement can be done without tools in no time. Unscrew the bottom part of the shower head handle, remove the used cartridge and insert the new one. Then screw the handle back on, connect the shower hose, and the shower is ready for use. Over time, the cartridge changes colour from white to beige to brown, as it retains impurities from the water. Darkening is a simple guide for when it is appropriate to replace the cartridge. In hard water or with higher rust content in the pipes, it may be advisable to change the cartridge even sooner than two months.
The replacement cartridge with active carbon fibre will keep your filtration shower in good condition, and the water will remain cleaner throughout its use. It is suitable for bathrooms in flats, houses, or cottages where the tap water is harder or contains more chlorine and sediments. Replacement is simple and requires no tools or installation intervention. The recommended replacement interval is every 2 months, or sooner depending on water quality. Having a cartridge on hand is worthwhile so you can replace it as soon as it darkens.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
