Overview
Oil Glass Cutter with 3 Replaceable Cutting Heads for Thicknesses of 2 to 20 mm Metal Knurled Handle Black For Mirrors and Tiles

The handheld oil glass cutter is a practical tool for anyone needing to accurately cut glass at home, in the workshop, or while crafting. The handle also serves as an oil reservoir, which automatically feeds oil to the cutting wheel during cutting. This allows the wheel to glide smoothly across the surface, leaving a clean score along which the glass can easily break. The set includes three replaceable cutting heads, enabling the cutter to handle glass with a thickness of from 2 to 20 mm. It is suitable for sheet glass, mirrors, tiles, and ceramics.

Each head is designed for a different thickness range. For thin glass, you will use the head for 2 to 6 mm, for standard sheets the head for 6 to 12 mm, which is factory fitted directly onto the cutter, and for thicker materials, the head for 12 to 20 mm. Changing heads is simple: use the included screwdriver to loosen a small screw, fit a different head, and tighten the screw again. The knurled metal handle provides a good grip, and the metal ball at the end is used for gently tapping along the scored line.

  • Type – handheld glass cutter with automatic oil feed
  • Thickness of cut material – 2 to 20 mm
  • Cutting heads – 3 replaceable heads for thicknesses of 2 to 6 mm, 6 to 12 mm, and 12 to 20 mm
  • Cutting wheel – made of hard alloy, included with each head
  • Handle – metal with a knurled non-slip surface and oil reservoir
  • End of handle – metal ball for tapping and sealed cap for the filling hole
  • Colour – black handle with gold metal accents
  • Usage – sheet glass, mirrors, tiles, and glass decorations
  • Limitations – not suitable for toughened glass, glass blocks, marble, or quartz
  • Package contents – 1 glass cutter with a fitted head for 6 to 12 mm, 1 spare head for 2 to 6 mm, 1 spare head for 12 to 20 mm, 1 screwdriver, and 1 oil dropper

Before use, fill the handle with a small amount of oil using the dropper and adjust the ball at the end to control how much oil flows to the cutting wheel. Mark the cutting line on a flat and clean surface of the glass and guide the cutter along a ruler with steady pressure in one stroke. Then gently tap the scored line with the metal ball and break the glass by hand. Keep the cutter perpendicular to the surface; angled cutting diminishes the quality of the score. Only flat surfaces can be cut; the tool is not suitable for uneven glass or for working directly on windows, walls, and facades.

The oil glass cutter with replaceable heads is a versatile assistant for DIY enthusiasts, glaziers, and creators of stained glass and mosaics. With one tool, you can handle glass and ceramic tiles in thicknesses from thin sheets to thick slabs. The automatic oil feed keeps the cutting wheel lubricated, so you do not need to interrupt your work. Spare heads and the included screwdriver allow you to quickly adapt the tool to specific materials. Thanks to the metal handle with knurling, you always have the cutter firmly under control.
