The Moondrop U.C.T.S. wireless earphones were created in collaboration with the world of the game Wuthering Waves, combining the open OWS design with features typically found in more expensive models. The earphones attach with a clip to the outer ear, allowing for an unobstructed ear canal while still enabling you to hear your surroundings. The sound is produced by a coaxial assembly featuring a 13 mm dynamic driver with a membrane made of wooden microfibres and a miniature planar tweeter. Wireless transmission is ensured by Bluetooth 6.0 supporting SBC, AAC, LC3, and LHDC-V codecs. The entire design is styled in black with gold accents inspired by the game.
The larger dynamic driver with a spacious rear chamber is designed for fuller bass, while the planar driver complements detailed highs. The attachment forms a C-shaped bridge made of thermoplastic TPU with an internal wire made of titanium alloy with shape memory, which holds firmly to the ear while remaining flexible. The dipole sound direction technology reduces sound leakage to the environment. For calls, AI noise cancellation processes by the built-in NPU enhances the voice. The earphones can switch between low-latency gaming mode and music mode, and can be connected to two devices simultaneously.

The charging case features a rotating design with four N52 magnets that dampen rotation and help keep the earphones in place even in a bag or pocket. The earphones can be placed in the case without distinguishing between left and right. In the MOONDROP app, you can set gesture controls, switch modes, adjust sound using the DSP equaliser, and select a male or female voice for the character Rover's voice prompts. Protect the case from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
