The MOGOLD T64 jump rope is a complete training set for anyone who wants to do more than just ordinary jumping with a jump rope. In the package, you will find two handles and three interchangeable cords measuring 3 m, allowing you to cover speed training, trick practice, and more demanding strength endurance exercises with one jump rope. The handles are made of aluminium alloy and feature a non-slip surface with a honeycomb structure, which provides a good grip even during longer training sessions. You can adjust the length of the cord according to your height, making the set suitable for the whole family. The jump rope is ideal for crossfit, boxing, cardio, and home workouts.
The cords attach to the handles using a stainless steel quick connector. Simply slide back the lock, insert the cord head into the groove, and release the lock, allowing you to change the cord in just a few seconds. Each handle has a ball bearing that rotates 360°, ensuring that the cord does not twist during rotation and runs smoothly even at high speeds. The lightest white PVC cord with a diameter of 4 mm is designed for speed jumping and double unders. The black TPE cord with a diameter of 6 mm is balanced and suitable for freestyle tricks. The heaviest orange cord with a diameter of 8 mm provides resistance for the arms and shoulders and is ideal for strength and endurance training.

First, adjust the length of the cord. Stand in the middle of the cord and pull the handles upwards; their ends should reach approximately to armpit height. The speed cord is suitable for smooth surfaces; rough concrete may wear the cord surface over time. After training, loosely coil the cords into loops to prevent kinks, and store the entire set in the included case. The case fits into a sports bag or backpack, making it easy to take the jump rope to the gym, on holiday, or outside to the playground. Simply wipe the handles with a damp cloth after exercising.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
