The manual coffee grinder is designed for those who enjoy grinding fresh coffee beans just before preparing their drink. The grinder features a ceramic grinding core, which crushes the beans evenly without unnecessary heating. The body is made of metal with a stainless steel finish, and the bottom part is equipped with a black rubber grip, allowing you to hold the grinder comfortably and securely in one hand. You can easily adjust the grind size using the rotating knob on the underside of the grinding mechanism. The ground coffee falls into a transparent container, where you can see exactly how much coffee has been ground. Using it is very simple. Remove the top lid, pour coffee beans into the grinder, attach the handle, and turn it until all the beans are ground. Then unscrew the transparent container and transfer the ground coffee into your coffee maker, pot, or filter. The grinder consists of several separate parts, so you can easily disassemble it after use, empty the coffee remnants, and wipe it with a dry cloth or brush. Do not submerge the grinding mechanism in water, and allow all parts to dry thoroughly before the next use.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
