Simply place the wallet on the back of the phone or on a MagSafe-compatible case, and the magnets will centre it in the correct position. Insert your card into the pocket and unfold the stand by pulling out the folding sections. Due to the magnetic attachment, NFC payment and other functions may not work while the wallet is attached, so please remove it before making a payment with your phone. The surface only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and do not leave the wallet in direct sunlight for extended periods. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
