The licking bowl with a rotating ball is an interactive tool for dogs and cats that turns an ordinary snack into a game. Pour semi-liquid food into the bowl, and your pet will use its tongue to spin the ball, with food only reaching its surface in small amounts. This way, they eat more slowly, and the feeding lasts longer than from a regular bowl. The bowl has a circular base with a diameter of 14.5 cm and a height of 5.5 cm, making it conveniently fit on the floor, in the bathroom, or in a transport crate. It is suitable for dogs and cats that enjoy yogurt, puree, creamy pouches, or other soft treats.
Surrounding the ball is a licking cover made of TPR with small protrusions, which pleasantly massages the pet's tongue while licking and prevents them from scooping up food all at once. The white cover opens easily by turning it left or right, then you remove the ball, pour in the food, return the ball, and close the cover again. On the underside, there is a suction cup and anti-slip treatment, ensuring that the bowl does not slide on the floor while licking. The suction cup can also be attached to a smooth surface, for example, during bath time or grooming, when your pet needs to stay in one place for a while.

Before first use, disassemble the bowl and wash it in warm water with a mild detergent. Only put in as much food as your pet can eat in one feeding, and pour out any leftovers after eating. Rinse the ball and cover after each use to prevent food residues from accumulating on the protrusions, and allow all parts to dry thoroughly. The suction cup holds best on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, such as tiles or cladding. During the first uses, monitor your pet to help them get used to the bowl and the rotating ball calmly.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
