The Lenovo RS103 Wireless Clip-On Headphones are designed for those who find traditional in-ear buds uncomfortable. The headphone simply clips onto the outer ear, with the speaker positioned close to the ear canal, allowing your ears to remain open while still enjoying music and your surroundings. A stable connection to your phone, tablet, or computer is maintained by Bluetooth 6.0 with a range of over 10 m. Upon removal from the case, the headphones will pair with your device, and you can control them simply by tapping their surface. By holding for a longer duration, you can also reject an incoming call. Volume is adjusted directly on your phone, as the manufacturer intentionally omitted a simple tap for volume adjustment to prevent unwanted changes. After use, return the headphones to the case, where they will charge and be protected while being carried in your pocket or bag. The surface of both the headphones and the case can be easily cleaned with a soft dry cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
