The LED safety light for dogs helps ensure your four-legged companion is visible in the dark, fog, or twilight. The small light clips directly onto the collar, harness, or any strap and shines in all directions, allowing you to easily keep track of your dog even from a distance. There are 3 white modes – constant light, slow flashing, and fast flashing – as well as 52 colour modes that can be combined with the white light. Inside, there is a built-in rechargeable lithium battery with a capacity of 500 mAh, which lasts from 5 to 12 hours depending on the selected mode. To attach the light, simply thread the silicone attachment through the strap of the collar or harness and snap the light into place. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
