This intelligent door lock combines modern technology with practical design for everyday use. It offers multiple unlocking options and simple control via a mobile application through Bluetooth. This makes it suitable for households and other spaces where flexible access is needed without the necessity of using only a traditional key. The design is based on standard door dimensions and allows for easy installation.
The front panel with a touchscreen keypad measures approximately 170 × 58 mm and has a thickness of 16 mm. The internal body of the lock measures about 130 × 100 × 40 mm. The lock's counterpart has dimensions of approximately 100 × 40 × 34 mm. The construction includes a lock tongue and an internal rotating element for unlocking from the inside. The lock is compatible with doors with a thickness of 35–60 mm, which corresponds to common standards.
A significant advantage is the multiple unlocking methods – fingerprint, IC card, numerical code, traditional key, or mobile application. If necessary, a hidden mechanical lock can also be used. Power is provided by 4× AAA batteries (6 V), and the device includes a low voltage alert function. In the event of battery depletion, emergency power via USB Type-C (5 V / 1 A) can be used for temporary operation.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
