The insoles for height increase lift the heel by 3.5 cm, which is the highest version in this range for a significant yet still hidden effect. With a height of 3.5 cm, remove the original insole from the shoe to ensure the foot has enough space and the heel does not slip out of the shoe. At first, it is advisable to wear the insoles for only a few hours a day until you get used to the higher foot position. If the insole is slightly longer, trim it with scissors to match the outline of the original insole and allow it to air out after wearing. How do I return goods?
