Before inserting into shoes, remove the original insole if the footwear allows, to ensure there is enough space for the foot. If the insole is longer than the shoe, place the original insole on top, trace its outline, and trim the excess part at the toe with sharp scissors. Regularly air the insoles and allow them to dry freely away from heat and direct sunlight after sweating or getting wet.

How do I return goods?
