Full-length insoles for height increase lift the heel by 1.5 cm and make each step softer and more flexible. Before use, remove the original insole from the shoe if possible, to leave enough space for the foot. If the insole is longer than the shoe, place the original insole on top, trace its outline, and trim the excess with scissors. Regularly air out the insoles and allow them to dry freely after wet use, away from direct heat sources.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
