You can install the new string yourself without visiting a service. Loosen the old string, remove it, and insert the ball end of the new string into its place in the bridge. Thread the free end through the hole in the tuning peg, leave a small reserve, and wind the string so that the coils lay on top of each other. After tuning, the new string will stretch for a while, so tune it more frequently in the first few days. Strings last longer when you wipe them with a dry cloth after playing and store the guitar in a case. Before installing a new string, it is worth briefly checking the other strings as well. If they are dull, losing shine, or tuning poorly, it is better to replace them too, so that the guitar sounds balanced. A new string sounds clearer at first than strings that have been on the instrument for a longer time. However, this difference will balance out after a few days of playing.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
