Hippopotamus Grabber Toy 35 x 16 x 7.5 cm Plastic Claws with Wide Mouth for Sand and Snow Blue Toy for Children at the Beach

The hippopotamus grabber toy is a fun helper for children who love spending time at the beach, in the sandpit, or in the snow. The toy measures 35 x 16 x 7.5 cm and its wide mouth, resembling a spade, can scoop up a lot of sand, snow, or small toys. It is operated by squeezing the handle, which the child holds in their palm, and the mouth closes around what they want to lift. The hippopotamus is blue, has large eyes and small ears, making it look friendly and easy for the child to spot on the sand or in the snow. It is suitable as a gift for little explorers and as an addition to a sand toy set.
At the end of the body is an oval handle with a yellow ribbed lever, which the child comfortably holds and operates the toy. The lower jaw is shaped like a shallow spade, so it can hold a larger handful of sand or snow. While playing, the child naturally practises their grip and hand-eye coordination, as they must guide the mouth precisely to the object and close it at the right moment. The toy can also be used at home during clean-up, when children collect blocks, balls, or soft toys from the floor and carry them to a box. The body of the hippopotamus is made of plastic and has rounded shapes.
- Type – grabber toy with a hippopotamus-shaped mouth
- Dimensions – 35 x 16 x 7.5 cm
- Material – plastic
- Colour – blue with a yellow lever

After playing at the beach or in the snow, simply rinse the toy with clean water and let it air dry. Sand caught in the mouth and jaw joint can be easily rinsed out with a stream of water. It is advisable to store the toy in a dry place where the child can find it during their next outing to the water or snow. During play, it is good for the child to be supervised by an adult and to use the toy only for collecting sand, snow, and toys.
The grabber hippopotamus combines simple operation with a cute appearance and is suitable for play in both summer and winter. With dimensions of 35 x 16 x 7.5 cm, it is large enough for scooping sand and snow while being easy to hold in a child's hand. Children can play with it alone, with siblings, or with friends, inventing competitions to see who can collect the most shells or snowballs. The toy is easy to carry in a beach bag or a backpack for outings. It is a practical and fun choice for any child who enjoys spending time outdoors.
