Height increasing insoles lift the heel by 2.5 cm and help you look taller in the shoes you wear every day. These are full-length insoles that fill the shoe from toe to heel, so they do not slip while walking. The foam is thickest under the heel and gradually thins towards the toe, providing ample space for the toes in the shoe. The top features a breathable black surface that absorbs sweat, and beneath it is a flexible yellow foam that cushions your step. According to the manufacturer's image, the medium height is suitable for higher shoes, such as ankle trainers or sports shoes with a higher upper.

The foam layer contains small ventilation holes that promote airflow around the foot. The surface wicks moisture away, dries quickly, and helps to suppress odour, making the insoles comfortable even for all-day wear. The flexible foam reduces impact when walking on hard surfaces and alleviates pressure on heels and joints during prolonged standing. The contoured insole supports the arch and the anti-slip treatment keeps it in place within the shoe. The insoles are lightweight, durable, and can be reused. The elevation remains hidden inside the shoe, and no one will notice from the outside.

Before inserting the insoles into your shoes, remove the original insole if the footwear allows, so that your foot fits comfortably. If the insole is longer than the shoe, place the original insole on top, trace its shape, and trim the excess with scissors. The insoles can be washed, then allow them to dry in a ventilated area to keep them dry and fresh.
