The Ezcap401 GameDock Extreme Pro capture card is designed for gamers and content creators who want to record or live stream gameplay from a gaming console, camera, or other HDMI source. Both the input and output of the card support HDMI 2.1, allowing the image to be sent to a television or monitor in resolutions up to 4K at 144 Hz while simultaneously recording to a computer. The card connects to the computer via USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, which can handle very high frame rates. The card also captures HDR images and supports variable refresh rate VRR during pass-through.
When connected to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, the card records at 3840 x 2160 up to 144 fps, 2560 x 1440 at 144 fps, or Full HD even at 1080p at 240 fps. On a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, it can manage 4K at 60 fps and 1080p also up to 240 fps. When used with an iPad running iPadOS 17 or later or an Android tablet with a USB-C port and the ezcap Studio app, you can save recordings directly to a USB drive without a computer, using the tablet as a portable monitor.

Connect your console or camera to the HDMI IN port, your television or monitor to the HDMI OUT port, and link the card to your computer with the included USB-C or USB-A cable. You can bring audio from a mixing console into the LINE IN port and mix it with the video; the Headset port is for headphones with a microphone. The device's status is clearly indicated by a coloured light that signals power, missing HDMI signal, and ongoing recording.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
