The HAVMORE G12 manual coffee grinder is designed for anyone who wants to grind coffee beans fresh just before brewing. The grinding core is made from stainless steel 420 and its conical burrs are precisely machined on a CNC machine, ensuring that the beans are ground evenly and with minimal effort. The body of the grinder is made from aluminium alloy with a fine grid structure that prevents slipping in the hand, making it comfortable to hold. The handle is topped with a wooden knob that feels pleasant to the touch and facilitates smooth rotation. The grind size is adjusted using an internal knob located beneath the grinding core. Turning it clockwise results in a finer grind, while turning it counterclockwise yields a coarser grind. The manufacturer suggests an approximate setting of 5 to 10 clicks for espresso, 12 to 18 clicks for drip coffee, moka pot, and cold brew, and 20 to 24 clicks for French press or siphon. Preparation is simple and can be done in four steps. First, select the desired grind size, then pour coffee beans into the grinder, attach the lid with the handle, and start turning. The ground coffee is collected in the bottom container, which you can easily unscrew and transfer the coffee into a portafilter, jug, or filter. After use, do not wash the grinder with water. Clean the grinding burrs and inside of the body with a dry brush or blow air through it to prevent moisture from entering the mechanism and keep the grinding core in good condition.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
