Before installation, wipe the top of the door frame dry, remove the protective film from the hook, and press it firmly against a smooth surface. Then simply hang the string and use the buckle to set the desired height. Check the toy from time to time, and if the pom poms or feathers start to come loose, remove it. Do not leave your cat unattended for long while playing with the string, and store the toy you are not currently using out of its reach.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
