The handheld shower head with filter offers 10 flow modes, which you can switch between with a simple thumb movement while showering. The filter cartridge is stored in the transparent handle, so it is always easy to see when it needs replacing. The body of the shower is made from durable ABS plastic, which is lightweight and withstands falls on tiles and into the bath. You can easily screw the shower onto your existing shower hose without tools, as the thread complies with the standard. To replace the filter cartridge, unscrew the bottom part of the handle, remove the old cartridge, and insert the new one. It is advisable to occasionally wipe the silicone nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to ensure an even water flow. The surface of the head can simply be wiped with a damp cloth without aggressive cleaning agents.
This handheld shower combines water filtration, economical operation, and convenient control in one lightweight body. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
