Before cutting, mark where the cut should go with a marker and ruler, and adjust the cutting head to stand perpendicular to the bottle. Then, smoothly rotate the bottle once to create a continuous score. Tape around the score and alternately pour hot and cold water on the area until the glass separates along the score line. Sand the edges with sandpaper and wear gloves throughout the process. Clean the wheels and cutting head with the brush and sponge after use.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
