The process is simple. Use the marker to indicate the cutting line on the bottle, set the cutting head perpendicular to the bottle, and slowly rotate the bottle around its entire circumference. Apply waterproof tape on both sides of the score and alternately pour hot and cold water over the cut area until the two parts separate. Finally, smooth the sharp edges with the included sandpaper. When working with glass, wear gloves and clean the wheels and cutting head with the provided brush after use.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
