The process is simple. Place the bottle on the rollers, rest it against the stopper and gently press it against the wheel. With one smooth rotation of the bottle, you will create a straight score all around. Then, alternately pour hot and cold water over the scored line while rotating the bottle until the glass separates along the score. Finally, smooth the sharp edge with sandpaper, ideally progressing from coarser to finer, until the edge is smooth. When working with glass, it is advisable to wear protective gloves and goggles. After use, wipe the cutter dry to prevent shards or glass dust from remaining on it.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
