Black cushions for the forefoot are designed for women's sandals, court shoes and other footwear where the foot slides forward while walking, placing most of the weight on the balls of the feet. The soft foam padding, with a thickness of 8 mm, creates a flexible layer under the front of the foot that alleviates pressure with every step. The insoles are shaped to fit the ball of the foot and measure 75 x 70 mm, making them suitable for narrower shoes. The package contains two pairs, which means four individual cushions. One pair can be used in your favourite sandals, while the other can be adhered to other shoes.
The back of each cushion is equipped with an adhesive layer covered by a protective film. Simply peel off the film, place the cushion on the insole where the ball of the foot rests, and press firmly. The top layer made of polyester is pleasant to the touch, wicks away moisture and helps keep the foot from slipping on the insole. This ensures that the foot stays better in place and the toes are not pushed too much into the toe box of the shoe. The black colour is nearly inconspicuous in dark footwear.
The cushions are suitable for everyday wear as well as for longer events where high-heeled shoes are worn all day. They also help when sandals are a bit loose and the foot does not have enough support. The insole fills the space under the front of the foot, ensuring a better fit and reducing foot slippage within the shoe.

Before adhering, it is advisable to clean the shoe insole of dust and allow it to dry completely for the adhesive layer to bond well. Position the cushion so that it lies directly under the balls of the feet, not under the toes or arch. For sandals with a strap across the instep, the insole is best placed just behind where the strap holds the foot. After adhering, keep the cushion weighted for a while to allow the adhesive to bond with the insole. The surface of the insole can be gently wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth if necessary.
Foam cushions for the forefoot are a simple accessory for anyone who wears sandals or high-heeled shoes and wants to walk more comfortably. The flexible padding absorbs shocks under the balls of the feet and the non-slip surface prevents the foot from sliding towards the toe.
